These Terms of Service govern your use of the MeritCyc platform, provided by Lumora Ventures PVT LTD. By accessing or using MeritCyc, you agree to these terms.
Use of Service
MeritCyc provides a salary increment management platform for mid-size companies. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into MeritCyc. We do not claim ownership of your company or employee data. We process data solely to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
MeritCyc is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Lumora Ventures PVT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
